IQOQ
Choose IQOQ (Installation Qualification / Operational Qualification) service for a documented assessment of your instrument’s installation and operational specifications. During the on-site installation, a qualified specialist will execute the IQOQ protocol in accordance with industry standards, record the results, and complete signed and dated forms for your internal quality records. Available for all instrument lines.
Total Coverage
Total Coverage Packages are available once the standard warranty expires, providing comprehensive protection for your instrument. Each package includes all necessary repairs with specialist labor, replacement parts, and instrument transportation if off-site service is required. You’ll also receive one validation service with labor and travel included and one online user training voucher per year to keep your team up to date.
Premium Total Coverage takes your protection to the next level, offering:
• Loaner device to ensure uninterrupted operations during repairs
• Re-installation and re-qualification after any major repair to maintain compliance
• Expert consultation for method development or technical support whenever you need it
Total Coverage is available for all instrument lines.
Premium Total Coverage is only available for the Panta and Dianthus product lines.
Relocation
Select a relocation package when your lab is moving to a new building or location. Relocation includes labor and travel for a specialist to come to the current site, safely pack the instrument, and to travel to the relocation site and safely unpack and re-install the instrument. Also includes validation prior to relocation and IQOQ after re-installation.
Available for all instrument lines.
Extended Warranty
Extended Warranty Packages are available exclusively with instrument purchase and provide peace of mind once the standard one-year warranty expires. Each package covers all necessary repairs during the coverage period, including specialist labor, replacement parts, and instrument transportation if off-site service is required. Extended Warranty Packages are offered for all instrument lines but must be purchased at the time of instrument order.

Routine Care
Routine Care package is applicable only for the Robotic Autosampler for Prometheus NT.Plex or Panta. Includes labor and travel for a service team member to conduct routine performance maintenance on the autosampler.
