Prometheus™ Panta is powered by our unique technologie
DLS enables you to monitor the colloidal stability of your sample. This information helps you optimize your sample by making changes to the sequence or buffer environment, and measuring how those changes impact colloidal stability.
Precision that powers biopharma breakthroughs.
Prometheus Panta integrates four technologies in a single instrument, collecting data simultaneously throughout the entire thermal ramp. It gives you conformational and colloidal stability information from a single 10 µL sample, without dyes or additives. Prometheus Panta reveals subtle differences between conditions that other instruments miss, for confidence in your decisions.
Characterize thermal and colloidal stability to select protein constructs for further development. Screen out poor candidates with undesirable properties early, to minimize development and commercialization risk to your program.
Profile the stability of membrane proteins in various detergents, liposomes, or nanodiscs and optimize buffers prior to structural work.
Screen formulations and evaluate impact of thermal and chemical stress. Select buffers and excipients that stabilize your biologics.
Optimize buffers prior to structural work (like cryo-EM and crystallography), understand folding and unfolding, determine size distribution, polydispersity, and molecular weight.
Build CMC-relevant knowledge early to strengthen your regulatory package at later stages. Track process performance and molecule behaviour reliably and precisely, with high-quality data for your records.
One readout.

Prometheus Panta is powered by four combined technologies.
Multiple insights.
nanoDSF
Monitor thermal stability during biologics formulation, developability, production, and manufacturing, under native conditions by detecting changes in a protein’s intrinsic fluorescence during a thermal ramp or in the presence of a chemical denaturant.
Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS)
Determine the hydrodynamic radius and the polydispersity of a sample. Characterize self-interactions and identify aggregation early.
Static Light Scattering (SLS)
Measure the average scattering intensity of your sample and the molecular weight of your particles. Use it to characterize self- interaction or predict a protein’s behavior at high concentration.
Backreflection
Characterize the formation of large, amorphous aggregates by measuring turbidity.

Get reliable stability data.
Without worrying about sample prep.
Prometheus Panta capillaries are manufactured using the same stringent protocols used for diagnostic-grade materials to ensure the quality results. They come individually or in chips spaced for use with 384-well plates. Reference standards and reagents make it easy to ensure your system is operating within spec.
Get reliable stability data.
Without the complexity.
Getting started with protein stability experiments is simple with Prometheus Panta software. Control software is designed for easy, customizable set-up of experiments and allows you to view data acquisition in real time. Powerful Analysis software enables you to sort, highlight, and rank the parameters that tell you about your proteins of interest. Human and machine readable .json file formats also allow for rapid integration of instrument data into your analysis pipeline; whether it’s third party software or open source solutions. 21 CFR Part 11 compliant software enables operation in regulated environments.
Scale up stability screening.
Without the hands-on time.
For high-throughput developability or formulations screening, turn to Prometheus Panta with the Robotic Autosampler to get full stability profiles on up to 1536 samples, hands-free. Already equipped with automation systems? Connect Prometheus Panta into your existing workflow with OPEN and FAIR APIs.
Maximize instrument performance.
Without the Downtime .
NanoTemper instrumentation is built to the highest standards of quality and reliability; however, it’s important to keep your instruments in good working order to ensure accurate, high-quality data output. Don’t let unexpected delays slow you down or interrupt your lab workflows. Service offerings include: relocation services, operational qualification procedures, and full coverage repair and validations.
